Here is the realization
Cut the different faces, I used parquet panels Very resistant!!

I used 100KB linear slide faders, but you can use rotary potentiometers, see control of flaps.
Notice this metal ring on the slider
This opening receives the metal ring of the slider
Here are the handles installed
Notice the stops on each side
Reverse handles
Explanation of the reverse operation. When we engage the throttle back, the switch SW1 engages, it is the F1 key (in FSX) which brings the throttle back to minimum. At this time we can activate moves back (SW2), F1 cuts off and F2 enters the scene (position C-B engagement of setbacks). As soon as we let go of the inverted handles, SW2 recovers in position C-A (cut backwards), the accelerator is again at minimum. So when we throttle again, SW1 goes to position C-A and if at this moment you activate the inversions , it will have no effect. Use 3 terminal micro-witches! At least for SW2
I'm going to redo the throttle completely with other materials and I will start by redoing the handles which I put you all dimensions. The pictures of the different parts are 1/1 scale
